On the contrary, it sounds like the most responsible thing to come out of a European Minister's mouth in decades. A European FM advocating that the US should not bear the full burden of responsibility for European problems? A European politician urging Europe to *carry its own share*? Not only sounds loyal, sounds darn right courteous. ;)
