The article said "[The Administrative Office of the Courts] where the ones demanding to know about the judge's sexual orientation. I don't know what kind of recourse a person would have to block this kind of demand. I guess the question is, do THEY (The Administrative Office of the Courts) have the power to make it in the first place?
