"Were the Bushies just too DUMB?" I once read a book called the Arrogance of Power. Think it was written by Sen Fulbright. The phrase stuck with me more than the books specific content. I think thats what we have here particularly from Cheney. He cant accept that the worst disaster and the worst series of screw ups occurred on his watch. So they construct and then deconstruct and use the tactics of soviets and nazis to try to extricate themselves from this mess. Inode must be paid big bucks to do what he does here and they have thousands of inodes, diodes, cathodes and no-doze out there shucking and jiving while pushing the company line or should i say the former company line. I think obama was going to cut them some slack but cheney/hannity changed his mind. How do you think old man bush feels now that his son who has been remarkably gracious and respectful is being pulled into this mess by darth vader.
