Monday December 1, 6:35 pm Eastern Time ADR REPORT - Emerging markets highlights Overall, Latin American American Depositary Receipts gained strength near the end of the trading day. ''Everything's taking off,'' one dealer said in the late afternoon. ''I think there's too much money and too little bad news. And with the Dow up as much as it is, that's got to propel it some.'' The Dow Jones industrial average rose 190 to 8013. Among the emerging markets highlights: BRAZIL -- Telebras SA (TEL_p.SA) (NYSE:TBR - news), the bellwether telecommunciations company, rose 4-1/8 to 108-1/2.
