Sonki, How have you been ???
Long time since we last spoke. I was just thinking this morning of posting to you. : )
O.K., No, I don't feel you did the wrong thing by buying fsesx at 31. Julius posted that there would be a nice bounce off of 31 and so far he is right from a TA standpoint. Drillers still look very solid for next year, 20% correction is over but still may drift down for the remained of this year.
Everyone on drillers thread seems cautiously bullish long term, IBD had a nice article in Monday's edition, fundamentals are still intact.
Looking for a select outside of IRA?? Wait until I get my newsletter from Bernie Kaplan, he tracks only fidelity selects. Should get it in tomorrow's snail mail. I'll let you know, he has a great track record.
November issue of Kobren newsletter likes fbmpx,fspcx,fshcx,fsdax,fstcx.fsesx.fsngx,fsutx.
Fido annunity, yes, I rolled over my Great American annunity to fido but have not picked a fund yet, it will sit in a money market for a little while before I divide it up. I have to figure out how risky I want to get, where the market is going next year, etc.
I HAVE NO BOND FUNDS, I may have to reconsider when I roll over my annunity to more aggressive funds.
How is the family ?? We are already getting snow and ice storms here in R.I., very little sun plus the kids in school are in need of a vacation as well as the teachers. Seems to be a lot of fights lately. Last week we had a brawl between the cheerleaders of our school and the rival high school on the other side of town. They followed the bus back to our school and started pounding on our cheerleaders. The girls our WORSE than the guys, they don't stop once they start slugging it out. Ah, public education can be so rewarding. I'm so glad you decided to keep your kids aways from this type of atmosphere. We are thinking of taking our son out of public school where we live, this school has a good reputation but we feel they still don't demand enough. He is in the ninth grade so we will have to decide soon.
Well, talk to you soon,
