on/off topic- while that news certainly isn't good- check USAD for short it meets the criterion for a good short as it had to restate earnings, to the tune of 15% LOSS for last year- and I am sure the 30c loss the first qtr of this year will be adjusted further into the hole later. so the company violated debt covenants and is financially strapped but they were moving a lot of low margin which the big guys- like p&g and clorox are now spending $$ to keep from allowing loss of mkt share- also new factory is delayed and costs are Higher than expected- the company has a relatively small float a mill less than zitl, but short interest is 1/8 of zitl's, so it is destined for a fall that will not be impeded by short covering. MM is propping it up with a big spread now and allowing themselves some time to flush out their shares. taxi
