I run CounterSpy every night to check for spyware. It usually doesn't find too much dangerous stuff. This morning's list:

WatchDog 2 (Surveillance)
IProtectYou Pro v7.07 (Surveillance)
007 Keylogger Spy 3.7 (Surveillance)
Force 1.59 (Backdoor)
Hotbar (Cookie)
AdServer.News.com (Cookie)
ATDMT.com (Cookie)

Yesterday, I only visited various news sites (from Google & Yahoo news) and some financial sites. Scary stuff!
