Countersuit!!! I suggest we, in a class action, seek immediate legal advice in suing these law firms for filing a "frivolous" and "malicious" suit against a company in which we own stock. The suit seems to be based on no legal grounds and may have been part of a greater conspiracy with short selling activity. Do we have any legal eagles on this board?
