That language is how I felt about my investment in CVIA. You guys have shares worth $$ in this thing, I recommend looking around, find yourself a nice low P/E small cap that nobody is talking about, invest in it and calm down for a while.

The more research I've been doing, the more I see death spiral stocks have a few things in common, convertible debentures and reverse splits. Check out PKGP - that is a case study of this kind of equity that is going out of business and they finance a little more time by getting a loan to cover operating loss and blow it, all the while diluting shareholder equity when stock value is most critical. The only thing that enables these idiots to continue their BS is people holding their shares. It's like putting money in a bank that has a track record of stealing money from you!

By the way the CVIA has a nice track record with REG S financing - this latest is the THIRD, I believe.
