That's another thing. How come we never demand re-payment from these countries? Some of them are oil-rich and could darn well re-imburse us! Instead we keep throwing money at them and use our troops to "rebuild" them. CRAZY! Others, like Japan and Germany, not only never gave us a dime, we still pay for our troops to be there and protect them -- THE DEFEATED ENEMY! How stupid we are! .
