There is one other competitor to aware: orckit communications(ORCTF) ,
an israeli company engaged in adsl. I know that they are adsl core
suppliers to GTE because I work for a subsidiary of Fujitsu, and
about six months back, Fujitsu signed a big contract to support,
adsl nationwide network for GTE. ORCTF has joint technology partnership with Fujitsu for adsl. This information is public, and
can be easily verified.

The bottom line is, ORCTF and not AWRE will benefit from any
ADSL related development at GTE.

Don't dream up hopes here!!!
I have owned awre in the past all the way from 10 to 4.75 and back to
11, and I did not think it would go much further. I still think
that adsl offers no advantage over cable modem, especially when
the per month usage fee currently being charged for adsl, where available, is much higher than cable modem. As long os the adsl is
not competitive with cable modem, which is more readily available and cheaper, there is'nt much chance for this stock runup to continue. It should be back to $12 +-3, as it has done in the past. I give 3 months
top for this current hoopla to die down.
