ETPI's Performance Sound & Light Division Adds Sanyo Products With the Integration of Multi-Technologies Limited
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1999--Entertainment Technologies & Programs Inc. (OTCBB:ETPI), a fully reporting company, today announced that its Performance Sound & Light (PS&L) division will add Sanyo Electronic Company Ltd. (Nasdaq:SANYY) products to its product assortment upon integration of the recently announced planned acquisition of Multi-Technologies Limited.
Performance Sound & Light markets professional sound and light equipment to the U.S. Military through its electronic catalog, "CD-ROM Guide." The integration of Multi-Technologies Ltd. and the addition of Sanyo products will expand PS&L's product assortment to include campus and remote electronic communications systems, security and surveillance systems. The acquisition of Multi-Technologies Ltd. allows PS&L to generate additional sales through an extended product line, including brands such as Kalatel, Pelco, Vicon (AMEX:VII), Sensormatic (NYSE:SRM), Diamond Vision, and Burle. Upon integration the combined company intends to seek approval to sell these additional product lines to PS&L's current U.S. Military customers worldwide.
