Thanks for the reference. No, I did not know that they went public.

This is a small design "boutique" here in Silicon Valley that specializes in design of embedded RAM, ROM and I/O type of cells to be used by third (other) parties in their own ASIC designs.

They changed their name a while back from VLSI libraries.

The business they are in seems quite specialized and I can't really comment about their prospects. I'll try and obtain a Prospectus to become more familiar with their business.
