Update to ZA 6 disaster: A week after my Email to ZA, their technical support sent me an instruction to unlock all "blocked" in the Program Control, which proved to be the culprit of my problem.

Here is their instruction:

>>Check the program list under program control and make sure you do not have any red x's under here.

If you do left click on the red x and choose the question mark.

Some program will need full access rights for some systems.

These program include, Generic Host Process for Win32 Service, Internet
Explorer, AOL, and Earthlink.

Also if you have a dial up connection any of the dial up software will need
to be allowed.

Now start your browser and grant access to the alerts that follow.<<
