Since the greatest volume of HDD sales has traditionally been at the lowest capacities, it is hardly a surprise that the unit number declines are high as flash eats into the low end. A more balanced story would have talked about revenue trends too. I don't know whether industry revenues are down (I suspect they are) but I would think it would be by a significantly smaller percentage.
