Jack, thanks for the response. I made the connection between your post and the Lord's answer to my prayer when It dawned on me that the false teachers that the apostle was addressing were the Gnostics. Bottom line on these turkeys was "know" or knowledge greater than others. Wham, it hit me, that's what T/G are basically propagating. This was a logical connection.
