This is my favorite part from the article: "Harmonic's deal is presently valuing DiviCom at $32 a share. If the semiconductor business is worth $17 a share, once the $6 a share in cash on the balance sheet is thrown in, some quick math gets you to a total value of C-Cube at $55 per share. With C-Cube trading in the mid-$40 range, it's easy to make a case to buy the shares." I'm really having my eyes opened by the "wholesale stupidity" Wall Street has demonstrated recently.
