Well done, Pat !! You certainly put a lot of effort into your post. Let's agree to disagree on a couple of points:

- You think NN will be able to convert it's TDM base to ATM and I think that the migration will hurt their revenues. I just don't think they can do it fast enough without affecting their bottom line.
- You think NN will maintain it's ATM market share and I think increased competition from CSCO ASND and NT will erode their share.
-You think the ATM market is white hot and you convinced me with your post, so we actually agree on something !!
