I think I get credit for the GSB accronim John, if you look back at one of my previous posts. I wonder if Sungold will take GSB to the Supreme Court, as stated in the last NR Sungold is "CONSIDERING ITS OPTION TO APPEAL". They consulted with their lawyers before the last court case, to see if soveriegn immunity would be an issue and did Sungold have a good chance of winning the case, obviously we know what the lawyers answers were to both questions because they proceeded to take them to court. All im saying is yes we have a good legal firm representing us, but if we take them to the next level will we win, how much more is it going to cost, and if we lose again could they come back on us with a lawsuit for holding them up in court. I am by far a legal expert, but I am sure these are all questions that Sungold is thinking about.
On another subject, I am very excited about next month, I hope we get that vote in Richmond I think it is very important for this company. We know Horsepower is a go and I don't think there are many regulatory hurdles for Toledo Beach, also given the fact that Tim Gladieux has a lot of pull in that area we can reasonably assume that project is a go as well. But I think Richmond would be a Big Landmark for the company, it would give us international exposure from tourists to competing horses from other countries as well as satellite broadcasts to other countries. To tell you the truth folks that's the project I will be most proud of if the company succeeds.
P.S John what did you mean in your last post when you said I hope Richmond City Council can see how viable the project will be for Richmond as Sungold does, did you hear any opposition towards the project being a resident in that area, or am I reading you the wrong way. |
