MIDL .. Andrew, I do not consider a stock to be pump and dump just because it goes down. There are always day traders in and out for a quick buck. Some stocks may go down after the initial spike, but if it has merit, it will slowly go back up. I think MIDL has merit. If I am wrong, it won't be the first time. But this one just doesn't seem to fit the typical p&d profile.
