Latest rumour, with some back-up is a major investment from Li Ka Shing of HK, who doesn't throw his money around like a drunken sailor. There seems to be a deal cooking with LKS, SingaporeTel and DT to make an infusion of capital into GX in return for ....?
Dilution would hurt but not as much as possible BK.
No doubt they'll be talking turkey with major secured creditors to avoid any problems in the short term before they put a reported $1 billion into this ailing carrier.
I bought in recently with a view to medium and longer term hold, but the short term is what bothers me.
