Dale, IMO every junior or spec company with no real earnings needs to issue shares to keep projects funded and cash in the till to pay the bills. The trick is finding those gems among the rocks that will actually amount to anything. I still believe the long term potential of Nortran, but also feel that the stock will be consolidating for a while at these, or slightly lower, prices. If the trend continues down, I will be out all together. I am concerned about the rapid runup and then the financing. Another stock chart which just did this was EEE, which just did a financing around $7.00 after a rapid rise. The chart is on its way down now. Bought more GSM, it has a strong story, chart and EARNINGS! I will still be monitoring the NRT story. mike
