scott - If you join the suit you are only shooting yourself in the foot. You are in effect endorsing their effort to loot your money as a stockholder. If you get anything out of a settlement it would only be a part of the value of your allocated shares minus their fees and court fees which would of course lower the value of the company and therefore your stock. Better off selling now then that. rusti - who will tell them to stick it and hold on.
