I got a windows error message today at work that says, "The specified I/O operation on \Device\Harddisk1\DR 1 was not completed before the time-out period expired." On the bottom of the dialogue box are three buttons [Cancel], , [Continue].

Windows explorer will not operate nor will Windows Internet Explorer now.

There are two drives: C and F. Which one does someone think is referred to by DR1? I hope it is C because all my data is on the F.

I googled it, but found few returns and none very helpful. Does anyone know this error?
