I am a wrong person to ask. I don't listen to "money talk" regularly and don't subscribe to his letter, but I think he is still bullish. He mentioned S&P 1300 or 1350 as a target some time ago.

Actually IMO it might be useful to know when he turns bearish - not because I have so much confidence in his timing, but because he has a large audience, and based on the quality of calls he receives, many of his listeners don't have a clue about the markets and just blindly follow him.
