Jimmy--Again, European tech sales of all kinds are down just now; may pick up in Q4, but certainly not in Q3. I live in Italy; take my word for it: people in different countries have different ideas about how to use disposable income. Italians think nothing of going out to dinner three times a week at a minimum cost of $30 a head; but most aren't teched up to any degree, and don't yet see the need to be. Only now has the Net begun to get press--the papers are saying that within a few years everyone REALLY WILL be online, but most of the people I know are still sceptical. Businesses naturally use tech stuff, but generally speaking are way behind the times. And employees (who generally speaking can't be fired, and can't even be required to do anything they don't feel like doing) are often resistant to change. So this isn't just IOMG's problem. Janice
