Dirk; Got your breath back yet?, everything is in flux for now, and the sales guys are just being as helpful as they know, which is far better than a stonewall, which is coming from some quarters.
Hard to say if BeOS is a core asset, and goes with the company, or if they have a conditional license that can be reviewed if there is a substantive change in the ownership of the company.(this is common in many agreements to stop holders in due course of buyouts etc to get a right you did not intend them to have without a chance to change the fine print). I have heard nothing about that.
