John Have to looked into trading QQQ ??? QQQ is nasdaq 100 index that started in 3/10/99 It's volatility is amazing high. It can be shorted without down tick, which is always a problem with MU. I am trading QQQ based on: (1) Hal determines direction of daily QQQ chart (Long or short) (2) I place "stop buy" or "stop short" order a points determined using the 30 minute chart. (3) Trade for only 1/2 % (about 5/8 on 115 price) (4) QQQ acts like "big oil tanker", while MU acts like a "crazy speed boat" ....meaning QQQ has good trends ! (5) Now 1/2% does not sound like much, but there are 255 trading days in a year. And 1/2% times 255 = 125% on your money. You guys would probably margin up, so let's say max 250% per year return. And "Sharp ratio" shows very reasonable risk. (6) Oh say QQQ has options, but that is not my cup of tea. (7) Comments ? Larry Dudash
