Wow! 11 years. I'll bet that you think that you've got "seniority", and that they'll let the newer guys go first. BZZZZ! WRONG. Management thinks like this: He's making as much as TWO, younger, sharper guys right out of college with more modern, up to date skill sets.. He's getting of the age where his health insurance expenses will start to actually COST us some bucks.. He's become entrenched, hunkered, inflexible. He works hard, like a paranoid, whipped dog, but, we need some new ideas, some fresh thinking..
