I don't think he's innocent but I don't believe all the confessions he made under the duress of waterboarding.

You obviously don't have any idea how the interrogation process works.

Confessions under the "duress of waterboarding" aren't taken at face value. They're confirmed against other known information.

They don't just waterboard you until you give them a story and say, "Okay, thanks for the great intel".

None of it matters, of course, since you don't know who KSM is.
