Jim,
Easy question since Merrill downgraded SEA and upgraded PSA. PSA has already run 1-1/2 points and until they get their new pick-up format working, should have a lot of supply, and SEA will have supply from the downgrade, even though I think it is a screaming buy. It's trading below it's Nov 96 price even though its FFO are 10% ahead of that pace. SEA should have major support at 23-1/2.
WKS was recently upgraded and should hold up well. It's volume has picked up, so I think 29-1/2 is a good range.

PAG, CUZ, URB, GGP, HIW, BED, SEA, WKS and TEE are all at good long term investment ranges. CEI is the leader of REIT's and is leaking just like the market in general. It is cheap now, but in may drop to the low 30's before hitting bottom.
