Apparantly you did not read our release with respect to Leader. All that has happened is a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed to perform due diligence on each others assets. That means that we look at there projects as well and decide if there is any merit in a business combination. There are 3 more of these agreements signed but we do not consider them to be of significant value to warrant a press release. Obviously Leader did and they put out a release. In any event, with the lack of money available for junior mining companies any merger would be a share swap so you would hold an interest in the larger company. I suggest you read the financial news more closely. Russia is in total turmoil right now and gold and copper are at 20 year lows. You tell me how we rectify this situation and I will be glad to listen. There are comapnies out there right now with nothing but cash on their balance sheet and their stock trades for 50% of the cash value. Your comments are welcome. Ross Orr
