With the downward nature of the downtrend (I didn't need to tell you that<lol>), the hurdle for the breakout point for QSNDF edges lower to 3 1/4 for the Close-only charts. As any move that is accompanied by low volume is suspect, we will be looking for confirmation when such breakouts are accompanied by large volume.
