Richard, I agree with your thinking that they want to get the stock price up so fund managers would start nibbling. Another reason
for their interest in a higher stock price is that as of 6/30/96 both Rhodes & Babish owned in excess of 700,000 shares each! This is according to Stocksmart. If that's not motivation......
