Actually, "raw bookings" was a bit of a misstatement on my part. I was using the 3-month moving average which is included in each book-to-bill report.

For some reason, I couldn't find the reports for 2000 other than the latest one, so I had to look back through the AMAT thread. (I couldn't use the YTD data table in the last report, because all the numbers except the latest ones are revised, which would have introduced the apples-to-oranges problem.)
