that it has engaged Altara Securities Inc. ("Altara") as Fiscal Agent for
the Company. Altara will assist in identifying, evaluating and negotiating
potential acquisitions, participate in the marketing and promotion of
financial offerings undertaken by dba Telecom and advise the Company on its
financial plans for the future.
