People have to take physicals before getting life insurance and health insurance, or submit a recent physical.

Rates are higher for smoker and obesity, or at least they used to be when I was insurance licensed.

You made some great points about not serving, say an obese diabetic, etc.

When I read Rambi's post, I also immediately thought (as I always do) about the added cost to a McDonald's of administering such a policy, not to mention the lost revenues to such a fast food place. And who gets punished in the event such a policy wouldn't be followed by the restaurant?

Do we have a food police?? <gg>
