Good chart and explanation, there is only one thing which need to be remember, low of 2003 will not be revisited.
It print the price because of bubble burst. Same as we will not see QQQQ high price of 2001 for 10 years more.
In longer term view we are in a base building phase in which we go up we come down.
Current rally was way over bought so we need to release some pressure plus this was the OE week MM makers cannot have 3 months in a row of losses so this was due any way. In coming weeks financial will march ahead, When ever market can absorb that big supply of equities it always march ahead.
