Charles, Gas and electric will take of themselves and this will become apparent by mid summer. As far as the national debt I dont believe there will be any immediate affect on rates in this environment. Tax cuts are good for the economy. Surplus in this environment is bad. Even deficits have a place sometimes. Mike
