Though the stock might drop at the opening today in response to the U.S. court's ruling on compatibility, the larger issues are patent infringement and copyright protection. This is where Iomega holds the cards. Why would Nomai produce a disk that would not work somewhat? The bears may want to make a big deal out of this ruling, but I don't feel that it means much at all. The timing of the ruling is great because we will get damage control in the form of K.E. at Goldman Saks.
