You will pay for it just like we pay for SS and Medicare...... I remember civil strife and an economy that was in deep do-do..... I always felt that Gorbachev had the right tempo of change....more like what the Chinese are doing successfully. " Social services are predominantly a one-way street." Why would they not be if they are improvements on the old system and benefit more people....What would you reverse?
