OT - Yeah, was rockin' steady goin' inta da new year, lockin' in 'bout +$70K in Nov/Dec, but dat one ugly dark-side play smacked my "bear" bottom in Jan - though I did "bearly" manage ta finish da month up $1K (I know, lame phrasin'). Anyway, I cut my tradin' down significantly ta only 20 scalps in Feb and booked +$13K, followed by one single WDC long play in Mar for a whoppin' +$800 (thanks ta Sarmad for keepin' me in cold brew dis month!). FWIW, over da last 4 months I've posted over 150 ST trades (95% of which were dark-side AMAT scalps) with an 82% win/loss percentage. I can relate to your hesitance with DT'ng AMAT here at these levels - I haven't felt ultra confident watchin' da action recently - plenty of da moves are unlike patterns I've relied on for past couple years. Still, I'll probably still jump in ta have some more fun soon (it's just so darn hard ta change!), and though I now own a few shares of AMAT in my new LT Portfolio, there's still a good argument for AMAT at $10, which leaves plenty of room for scalpin' da dark-side.
