I met this person....I believe he is the most reliable source of informations & facts about AIPN Then all of us put together. ubject: todays news Date: Thu, Nov 6, 1997 19:44 EST From: Mir p 62 Message-id: <19971107004400.TAA18966@ladder01.news.aol.com> I am a little confused as to how some people are asking why this can't be seen as good news..when the week started, AIPN was a co with no operating business and no cash and a potential big oil find..today we have a start up asphalt business..13 million in the bank..and a potential big oil find..seems like scenario 2 is much better..as for todays announcement..if the exact terms were announced but done by Fidelity investments or GE capital the reaction by most would be much more positive,,the fact that it is the Hunts does not sit well with a lot of people..that aside we recieved 10 million dollars ..for what ..giving stock away at 1 1/2 dollars higher than it is now ..and a warrant that if exercised by the Hunts will give us 10 million more dollars..having this type of $ is a major asset to have in any type of negotiation George may be in with potential partners...this in no way eliminates the possibility of any other type of financing with a partner or investment banker and probably increases that possibility...I have always stated that the major move in the stock will only begin(which it hasnt yet) when the fundamentals improve..this is the start ... when we can firm up the royalty situation in Kaz the true move will begin..those who wish to sell have every right to do so but should not be looking to blame AIPN or Millenium..both have delivered to this point and will probably continue to do so...keep the faith ...truly buy the dips ,see ya
