Wouldn't you agree that having the good is only half the battle. IPM has the goods and were told to mine it but they decided to invest more time and money to see if they could come up with a better way to extract more of the goods.
Having the goods will probably set you up as a marginal mine like so many in this area. Having the technology to increase the extraction makes you a power house of a mine which is where IPM wants to be.
IMO, to be something like what IPM will be, will take any other mine a few years and lots of $$$$. They could hire IPM's technology, but then again, depending on the exact characteristics of the dirt, extraction might again have to be custom developed.
