george, good ideas but i don't see it happening - or even beginning - until disaster is staring us in the face AND people realize it. to many competing selfish interests. everyone hates congress - except for their congress person ;-) everyone hates the chief executive dolt except all the people that voted for him. i mean, my goodness, they are already talking about increased spending due to a balanced budget that we don't even have! i really do think that politicians give a rat's behind about america only in as much as it can enrich them. it is sad, but, all i've seen tells me it is true. good luck. we need it.
