-B- rest easy I spoke to Evans about the financing structure.I also was told that if at any time MPV wanted to they could trigger a non confidence clause in the JV and reduce Debeers share of the project back to 30%.They never have felt that it was needed to be done.However if they did I think it would be settled in court. James
