A little - seems kind of expensive, compared to other redneck riviera locations.

Its a mini New Orleans.....it could be a Charleston, SC if they get the right industry. Its a much better bet than Columbia. And the governor of ALA is going some good things for the state. Plus, you can go visit Al in Birmingham.
