The AAACU offering included a new twist. The exercise price for the warrant was set at $5.00, rather than the normal $6.00. As a result, the units are trading at a 20% premium to the offering price. There is $7.40 of cash per share in the escrow account. If the common shares trade at their cash value ($7.40), the warrant is worth $2.40. $2.40 plus $7.40 equals $9.80. Slick.

Thanks for the reminder on Asia Automotive.
