Do you think the facts that GWB: 1) Ignored the Presidential Daily Briefing "bin Laden Determined to Strike in US" 2) Never once convened his anti-terrorism security council, in spite of Clinton's urgings 3) Took the entire month of August as a vacation 4) Had various members of his admin pretend that the terrorists' tactics could not have been foreseen, when in fact, they had been projected by a number of gov't entities might have been factors in 9/11?
