Most all OEM use Warehouse inventory Hubs which the product is owned by the supplier, and when the OEM takes the product, its invoiced at the current price, if the price changes on the beginning of the month then it is invoiced at the new price.
Prices can change once a month or twice a month or every day. Mostly right now, OEMs are setup for Once a month or twice a month price changes for memory with most agreements.
Hope that helps.
